Double Bookkeeper Payment for Holding

The short answer is, if you have at least one Holding to Recruit in your Provinces, you can bow any number of Bookkeepers you have in play when paying for THAT Recruit action for THAT Holding. As long as the Recruit action they were bowed during Recruits a Holding, they will all get tokens for you doing this, no matter how much of the Gold they produced is actually SPENT on Recruiting the Holding, or how much is left over for later payments that phase.
