If a Personality equipped with Justice of the Crane is bow to use Tales of the Disgraced and Justice of the Crane is later destroyed during the same battle does the Personality still straighten before resolution?
Yes. The determination on whether or not he will straighten is made as part of the ability's resolution, and only depends on whether he is Fallen or a Magistrate at that time.
