Can use an action on a strategy with discipline if you have used that action on that strategy already that turn?
Discipline: Using a Strategy twice a turn
A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.
Can use an action on a strategy with discipline if you have used that action on that strategy already that turn?
Not unless at some point in between the card went facedown and out of play. If it was just played and stayed in the discard pile, the ability has been used this turn, so you need to wait until the next turn to play it via Discipline.
