if i use Kachiko's ability to make a player lose two honor if his target personality attacks me this turn and then i play mercantile conflict to increase the next two honor losses by 1 will that increase the loss caused by Kachiko?

If none of your other cards cause Honor losses before Kachiko's target attacks, and he does, then yes, Mercantile Conflict would increase the loss in the scenario you describe.
