I feel like this has been asked before, but I can't seem to find the thread using a search.
I want to confirm that if I play "Dying Remonstration" on one of my dishonorable personalities, they rehonor from the seppuku before causing the honor loss... otherwise the honor loss in this situation would be 0 since dishonorable personalities have 0 PH by rule book effect.
Dying Remonstration Political Open: Your target unbowed Human Personality commits seppuku. A target player loses Honor equal to the Personality's Personal Honor or 4, whichever is lower.

Yes, the rehonoring occurs before the honor loss, so the maximum PH of 0 is no longer in effect and thus the honor loss will occur (assuming the Personality's current PH after rehonoring is greater than 0).
