Question: If the spell "Ward of Air" attached on the shugenja Isawa Kamiko with air keyword and the Kamiko's location is at home. Can be use the spell in order to negate the destruction of other personality in Battle?

Yes, that destruction negation effect comes from a trait, and traits aren't subject to the Rule of Location.
