I target a dishonorable personality without attachments with Dispening Justice. My opponent reacts with Unimpeachable Name. Does the personality get destroyed or not?
Dispensing says to destroy the personality if it was dishonorable when targeted, so I believe that what happens is that the personality is first rehonored, then destroyed.

Dispensing Justice checks the honorable status of the target as part of the action's effects, so the action has begun resolving. At that point the player has had the opportunity to react with Unimpeachable Name and restore the Personality to honorable status. Therefore, when Dispensing Justice's first effect checks the condition, the Personality is now honorable. If he is neither Shadowlands, Kolat nor Ninja, he won't be destroyed, only sent home.
I fail to see where does the card say that the Personality is destroyed "if it was dishonorable when targeted", because the Oracle shows clearly that the condition isn't checked during targeting but during the action's resolution. If the Personality rehonors between targeting and resolving, the destruction can be thwarted.
