A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

"The Rulebook Lobby ability is not Political for you, and you may choose a Shadowlands Personality as its performer even if his Personal Honor is 0."
Because it says may choose a shadowlands personality, am I still able to lobby with a non-shadowlands personality for the favor?

That looks like an unintended change from the printed text.
Under discussion.

I have fixed the Oracle text to be in line with the printed text: "For you, the Rulebook Lobby ability is not Political, and you bow your performing Shadowlands Personality (even if his Personal Honor is 0)."
