Colonial Temple: http://imperialassembly.com/oracle/#cardid=10433,#hashid=aae3044f89b192bda68be32f39899942,#cardcount=0 Text: {bow}: Produce 2 Gold. {bow}: When paying for an attachment, it enters play for 4 less Gold.
Is the second effect on colonial temple a trait? it has no action descriptor so that's my assumption.
If it is a trait can I straiten this holding and use it again on the same turn? Say to "pay" for two Nightingale blades for Yamazaki.

Yes. It has no action designator, so it's a trait. Gold-production traits typically begin with a bowing icon (the samurai bowing) then the colon, then the gold production or cost reductions.
Yes, it is reusable. If you can straighten the holding, you can produce again the gold.
