According to the text of Terrains they are "Put into play at the current battlefield." (e.g. Rocky Terrain) Since they are at the battlefield (targetable), and have no attachments, does that mean that A Stain Cleansed can blow them up? What about Yoritomo Kanaye, or Yorotimo Singh xp?

Terrains are in play at the battlefield, but they are not enemy cards. Therefore they cannot generally be targeted by standard battle abilities, although you will find some pre-Emperor.
