Okay, So let's say I have a Doji Hoturi (inexperienced) and I am attempting to use his duel against an honorable Hida Bob. Now let's say that Hida Bob's controller chooses to refuse, sending Hida Bob home and dishonoring him.
Here is my question: unless I am misreading text/rules, am I then able to react with say Improper Papers to negating the movement, thus forcing Hida Bob to duel (now dishonorably)?
Thanks in advance!

Doji Hoturi Inexp Iaijutsu Battle: Hoturi challenges a target Personality. If the target is honorable, his controller may dishonor him and move him home to refuse the duel. Destroy the duel's loser.
Improper Papers Reaction: Before an action resolves, target a Personality: Negate his movement from the action's effects.

If the movement is prevented or otherwise fails, the conditions for refusing the challenge are not fulfilled. Therefore, an Improper Papers can force an opponent to accept the duel. However, the sequence you offer is incorrect. You must play Improper Papers before the action's resolution, which means the opponent hasn't decided yet whether to accept the challenge or refuse it. So if the opponent notices that he will be forced to accept the duel, he may decide not to refuse it and therefore the Personality will not be dishonored. You essentially showed him there's no escape for his Personality, so there's probably no point in dishonoring her.
