Hello, I searched for this but I couldn't find anything so my apologies if it was already answered.
We had the following occur and weren't sure exactly how to resolve it:
1) I had M'rika and Ninube Shiho against my opponent. 2) I used Sly Deceiver to have Shiho copy M'rika (was trying to copy trait, but quickly realized my mistake so we just rolled with it) 3) On my opponent's turn, he used Kitsuki Judgement on Shiho, however he now had the keyword "Non-human" so I figured that he was immune to it. My opponent wasn't sure since it was a copied trait and neither was I.
Question: If a human personality gains the Non-human keyword, are they to be considered non-human from that point on?
M'rika Keywords- Spider Clan • Shadowlands • Nonhuman • Bog Hag • Shugenja • Artisan • Loyal Shiho Keywords- Spider Clan • Shadowlands • Ninja • Shugenja • Unmaker Kitsuki Judgement- Limited: Choose your performing unbowed Magistrate, target a Human Personality, and pay Gold equal to his unit's total Gold Cost, +8 unless he is dishonorable, Kolat, Ninja, or Shadowlands: He commits seppuku. Sly Deceiver- Limited: Choose your performing Ninja Personality and target a non-Unique Personality: Your Ninja permanently copies the Personality's base keywords, except Clan Champion, Daimyo, or Shugenja, and permanently copies his base abilities which do not themselves copy abilities.
