No.
Keywords are not divisible into their separate parts. Omigawa is a "Master Sensei", but he is not a "Sensei". Just as Akodo Kano is a "Master Tactician", but he also needs the separate, by-itself "Tactician" keyword to, you know, BE a "Tactician".
