Greetings! My opponent blockades one of my provinces. I get annoyed that he managed to block out the single personality that i could buy, so i use my border keep to put refill my provinces face up. As Chance would have it, a Celestial Card appeared at the blockaded province. Since Cards cannot enter play from that province that turn, i leave the celestial face up in my province. Now, my question is, how soon will the celestial enter play? As soon as my opponents turn start? Thanks.

This precedent confirms what I was suspecting: that the Celestial will simply not enter play, since the sequence for Celestials entering-play is only triggered at the moment they're revealed in the province. It will sit there until you discard it during one of your Dynasty Phases.
