Greetings! During my turn my tamori Takeshi helps one of my shugenja meditate. That shugenja (lets say Tamori Tamoko) casts damning ceremony, giving him +4f permanently which cannot be negated. During my opponents turn my opponent uses creating order on my Tamori Tamoko, will his force bonus get negated? Thank you.

Tamori Takeshi's meditation offers protection only for that turn (since it's an ongoing effect, which last until the end of turn by default). When the next turn begins, Takeshi's effect has ended and any remaining ongoing effects from actions that Personality performed can now be negated. The +4F may then be negated .
