Nocturnal Attack Limited: Bow your performing Ninja Personality: The option to create an Attack Phase comes after the Dynasty Phase this turn. Twist of Fate Reaction: Before your Dynasty Phase ends: Take an additional Limited or Open action.
If I attack during the normal attack phase; may I use Twist of Fate to take the action Nocturnal attack and successfully then have a second attack phase on that turn after the dynasty phase despite already having had an attack phase?

Sequence of Play, Attack Phase now states: The active player may create the Attack Phase if he or she wishes.
A player may only create one "normal" Attack Phase per turn.
