A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. Players' names are left out; the rules officials are named. Rulings are as they stood on these dates; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Since apparently SoD questions are now being answered, here comes the dreaded question about Yusugi.
You may take the Proclaim Reaction to Yusugi entering play even if you have already used the Proclaim ability once this turn.
Can a Crane clan player buy Yusugi from a province, without clan discount, and react twice with Proclaim to Yusugi entering play (once normally, gain 2 honor, then again with the trait, gain 2 more)? Since the restriction on reacting just once to a trigger with each copy of an ability is now gone, this would be possible. Can we have a confirmation?

You may use the Proclaim Reaction twice after bringing Yusugi into play.

REVERSAL: This ruling has been changed by a modification to the CR for Abilities and actions. You may only Proclaim once in reaction to buying a Yusugi.
Also, I'd like to note that since Abraham asked this question before being promoted to the Rules Team, it now looks as tho we're just talking amongst ourselves.
