It's copyrighted by FFG, filed as Dragon Clan and the artist is Shelia Amajida. I'm not 100% sure if this was eventually used in the LCG, but I'm not familiar with it.

Wished it was the CCG

Nearly 1/3 of artwork in LCG core set is reused from CCG version.

You'll notice too as it went on they could only use art going back X years due to clauses in the AEG contracts of artists getting the rights over time It's why we cant use the original 7th Sea CCG art for our new game without artist permission
