City of Remembreance and Pan'ku
Can the 2 gold discount of City of Remembreance be applied to Muhumono and Pan'ku, both Unaligned nonhuman personalities, or only can be applied to shugenja personalities. I am not a natural english speaker and the wording on CoR confuses me a bit.
It only works on Nonhuman Shugenja who happen to also have either the Unaligned or Phoenix Clan traits.
City of Remembrance only works on Shugenja.
Missdirection
Is a dead personality considered in the discard pile?
Dead Personalities are in your Discard Pile, by definition. The are, however, distinct from "Discarded" Personalities. That's why you keep them stored in the pile differently than Discarded Personalities.
Can I shuffle into my deck 3 dead personalities in my discard pile?
Only if some effect tells you to do so.
