Question not correctly answered (remainder) Tarako WoL

Again, I have to remember my question on Tarako was misunderstanding by Jeff Alexander. Then, is not covered yet.

The problem was that Tarako is at battlefield in Province B, the current battle is in Province A, and Jeff Alexander's answer holds on "You are using an ability on a card in the current battle", which is only true if Tarako would be at battlefield in Province A. But his location is Province B.

I am waiting the answer to my original question.

I have a Utaku Tarako and Shinjo Yushiro in play. I have a Region attached to my Province A (blank text). The enemy leader has a Kuon Exp. 3 in play, with no cards attached.

The enemy leader declares an attack against me. Assigns Kuon to Province B. I assign Tarako to defend this Province B. Yushiro defends Province A.

The enemy leader starts the battle in Province A. Now I want as my first battle action:

- To use the Tarako's battle action. Destroy Region attached to Province A.Target Kuon. Destroy Kuon.

Is it legal?

Yes.

You have a unit in the current battle, so you have Presence.

You are targeting a card in the current battle (since costs target as well), so you have Relevance.

Kami Immediate Terrain Battle: Even if there is a Terrain in play, destroy all other Terrains. While this card is in play you may take the action. "Battle: Destroy this card: Target an opposing player. He discards a card.

Hi all, the question is if the first battle hability can be used by any player or it only can be used by Shiranai Toshi, because terrains that can be played with terrain like bloodspeaker ambush have the words: You may play this card if there is a Terrain in play.

"Even if there is a Terrain in play," will override the general prohibition against playing a terrain when there is another in play. It is just like how "Even if this card is bowed," will override the general prohibition about playing abilities of bowed cards.

Kakita + Enmity What happens if Kakita enters a duel with the Personality he was "enmitied" with? A: They have equal Chi B: The other Personality has +2 Chi

It is all about timing. The +2 Chi kicks in as soon as they two Personality are in a duel with one another. Setting Kakita's chi equal to that of the opponent comes before the first opportunity to focus or strike. Kakita's trait will always kick in after the +2 Chi of Enmity is in place.

4F Scorpion Personality gets a Shosuro Infiltrator via Few Against Many. Recruiting Drive gets played. In battle I use Shosuro Infiltrator's battle action. Can I now really attach him again for zero gold and repeat this stuff like a trillion times?

Fury of the Dark Lord + Feign Death Is Feign Death "fast enough" to get played before the second effect of FotDL removes the discarded Personalities from the game?

Destroying all the victims and removing all the Personalities in the discard piles from the game are two separate and sequential effects. You can certainly respond to Personalities dying with Reactions like "Feign Death" before Fury of the Dark Lord manages to get around to cleaning out the discard piles.
