Trait question
My understanding is that, while most blodface traits are discrete items, this is not the case for anything that is "X Clan." Is this true?
Yes, "Dragon Clan" is one single trait. Dragon Clan Personalities are not automatically "Dragon" cards, like say the "Fire Dragon."
And yes, you can copy a two-word trait just as easily as a one-word trait.

Does Shosuro's first ability discard Regions and Fortifications as well?
No. Shosuro discards cards "from" the province. That will only get rid of cards held - in - the Province. Regions and Fortifications are attached to the Province, not kept in it.
clarifying the change in "your"
Neither "control" nor "own" change in Dawn. "A Shugenja you control" still means what it's meant since Imperial.
This may be a silly question. But what is the formal definition of "control" of a card? I can't find one in the rules or the rulings?
Control determines the player who can use a card's abilities and, in the case of Personalities, assign it to battles. Cards in a deck, hand, Province, or discard pile are not in play and have no controller. [DE p. 55]
