I am not sure to know what is the exact timing of the use of Shosuku sensei ?
Text : "Reaction: Once per turn, increase the strength of one of your ranged atacks targeting a single card by 2."
Use the Reaction right before resolving the Ranged Attack effect - before you compare its Strength against that of the target. This shares the same timing as the Reactions on Tsuruchi Technique or Outer Walls.
