Does ObF count unit force, in which case bowed cards count as 0? I would have thought so, but I have seen it ruled otherwise (i.e. ignored bowed status) by veteran players and in tournaments before.
The Diamond Edition Rulebook talks about the bowed status of cards affecting how cards contribute Force to their Units in the section about Battles, but it also contains this crucial line: "These rules hold true any time at which you need to know a unit's or army's Force total, not just during battle resolution:" (page 83)
