Chimamire no Oni: Problem with his Reaction [RULES]
The trigger of Chimamire's Reaction is after Chimamire is destroyed. When a card is destroyed it is in the discard pile. Cards in discard piles couldn't be use their abilities (not in play) unless it is specifically written in the card.
Then, Chimamire's Reaction couldn't be used, because should come from a card in a discard pile.
This is a situation where the card overrides the general rules. You can't get any use out of it at all unless it overrides that rule, so it does. Same deal with Gifts and Favors.
Rules Q
Since Tactician has been ruled to be an ability of the rulesbook, (and not an ability on the card itself) can a personality use the tactician trait to gain force or superior strategist while they are bowed?

A Tactician does not need to be unbowed to perform a Tactical Action unless the Tactical Action is on his card or requires the performing Tactician to be unbowed.
Superior Strategist and the Rulebook Tactical Action do not fall under either of these criteria and thusly can be performed by a bowed Tactician.

New Sensei Rules [Jeff]
Sensei are not Fate cards. They can't go in you deck. You start with one in play, selected and revealed in the same way and at the same time Winds are.
Sensei traits and abilities are not copied onto your Stronghold.
