Rules: sending home
Is moving home through an action, an instance of "being sent home"?
I do not see any appreciable difference between the two. Moving home and "being sent home" are the same thing as far as I can tell. If I'm wrong, I'm sure someone higher up on the chain will correct me.
Timing / Card interaction question (Rules)
My question then, is will HoaH increase the bonus my terrain gives, since the terrain hasn't resolved or taken effect yet; or will HoaH not affect the terrain at all since I played it before I played HoaH?
Heart of a Hero won't work on Terrains that you played before you resolved Heart of a Hero. You have to take the Action to play the terrain, even if it is a Delayed Terrain and resolves later on.
