I copy my opponent's unique personality with the Egg. This unique personality is then destroyed and the Egg stays in play. Can I bring the same unique personality into play[?]
No. It's an *exact* duplicate.

However, if you use "Carrion's Breath" to increase a fixed Fear amount (Voitagi, Ashura, etc.) by 1, does that count as variable or not? Would Omoni non-exp get a bonus? It says "Fear 2" but he has a trait that causes that Fear to be variable...
No; yes; that's incorrect (Diamond rules, pg. 105).
Doji Tanitsu exp question
When you bring a Doji Tanitsu experienced into play, can you choose to bring in the Black Heart of the Empire as a result of his trait?

I mean no ill will by this, but the constant flip-flop of rulings is getting old... really fast...
"Constant flip-flop?" In the last week, I've answered about 80 questions, of which maybe one or two have been corrected -- once -- by Jeff Alexander.
Are you playing so many tournaments that a correction in the space of two or three days is all *that* disruptive?
The only alternative to having a Deputy Rules Guy do Q&A is to let Jeff Alexander do all the rulings. Then you'll probably get rulings a couple of times a week, if that, instead of a couple of times a day. And even Jeff corrects himself.

Strange Alliance: Does this mean that an army with a personality hit by this, who is in a winning army, prevents his controller from gaining honor from future battles, even though he may not be rehonored?
Yes (Diamond rules, pg. 87).

[D]oes this spell:
A) Unbow a maximum of one personality per player per casting (assuming you don't run into the "stop" clause?)
B) Unbow multiple people per player per casting, until you run into the stop clause (and unbowing everyone if you have it attached to a Water shugenja?)
