Rules Question - Palm Strike, Blackened Claws
Since blackened claws or yakomo's claw does not have the word weapon in it, can palm strike target them.
The caster or the opponent? In any case, those items are not Weapons.
Wear Him Down
Can Wear Him Down be played in a duel when your opponant has no more cards to focus?
Yes. "That Personality must focus instead, if possible" (card text).
