AEG needs to accept that this is going to happen regardless of whether spoilers are officially released or not.
If you do not enforce copyright, you risk losing it (if I remember right; anyone on the list know copyright law?).

Does anyone else think that Hoshi Chuichi is broken?
Undoubtedly. A very high proportion of cards have someone say that they're "broken" (whatever that means) at one point or another.
