Moto Latomu vs Fall On Your Knees
when Moto Latomu moves into a battle and uses his Reaction to make a Ranged 2 Attack without bowing, if it is then cancelled by Fall On Your Knees, he can use the Reaction again to make a Ranged Attack again.
Correct.
Demon Skull Question
I have 3 copies of The Demon Skull in a battle. Province strength 7. I use 2 of them to reduce the province strength to zero. Can I use the third copy?
Yes.
I know the province strength would not go below zero, but would it counter a raise in strength, as from Shaitung?
Yes.
Could I do it, even without an opposing Shaitung, for my fourth battle action?
Yes.

Surely entering a duel happens before you are actually in a duel?
No. When you enter, you're in. The phrase "entering a duel" is just convenient to distinguish from things "during" or "in" a duel, which implies the entire duration.
Overwhelmed and Test of Courage.
what happens if one of your peeps is ToC'ed earlier in the battle then your opponent plays an Overwhelmed on you. Say you have 2 units, and the highest F personality is ToC'ed, can you still pick him for destruction or send him home?
No.
Or in this case, nothing will happen?
You *must* destroy the Personality you can target (card text).
