Couple of Quick Questions
Are the secondary abilities on the winds (the bow stronghold/coutier abilities) considered a use of the Imperial Favor?
No (card text).
If the Moneylender has 0 tokens on it, can you bow it and the City of Gold to produce 1 gold?
Yes (card text).
Rules Question - Togashi Jusai
If he is in an attacking army after you have given him some fire tokens, can he be straightened with Spearhead.
No. "While he has any Fire tokens, he *cannot* straighten" (card text).
Kuni Tansho
Can I discard a card from the top of the fate deck, or it has to be from my hand?

Rules Question - Togashi Jusai
Since Jusai is the Soul of Mitsu, I would think Spearhead would prevent him from bowing.
Spearhead doesn't work like Rallying Cry: it doesn't prevent. Jusai's stuck.

Since they are at some point bowed before playing the Spearhead, it triggers their 'destroy a token, instead' clause.
Incorrect. Jusai can only lose tokens during the Straighten Phase (card text).
