I play rage (or any other force-based duel) and the other player accepts the duel. He focuses. Am I allowed to react with overconfidence if the focus value is greater than or equal to the chi of the personality?
Yes, *if* it is public knowledge that the focus value exceeds Chi (e.g., the focus was played face-up).
