Greetings,
Moneylender question
If Moneylender is brought into play by paying 0 gold (as has been ruled legal to do)...is it a gold-producing holding that turn (with no tokens)?
It is *always* a Gold-producing holding.
Rules for 13 October 2003
So something like Let the Spirit Guide you would be considered resolved whereas use of a Focus is not, correct?
Correct.
Come one at a time and Ring of Fire
if someone Flees the Darkness on it, just the battle action of the 1st duel is canceled, the terrain is still in play correct?
Kachiko's Promises, Part 2

Let's say "Kachiko's Promises" resolves for you, and you attack me that same turn. I defend with one guy, and I play "Come One at a Time". Did I just play a card that targets you? I'm allowed to issue a challenge right away, but does that *challenge* count for the sake of Kachiko's Promises?
If so, can I get around the event by playing the Terrain, choosing *not* to issue that first challenge, allowing my opponent to play an action, and (assuming my personality is still alive and unbowed) then using the subsequent challenges from the Terrain for "free"? In that case, I shouldn't have to discard, since I'm using actions from a card that was already "in play", right?
