timing question
Player A has Doji Tanitsu XP2 unbowed. Player B has an unbowed personality and has resolved a Champion's Heart. A discards the Imperial Favor[.] Can B take it from A and then A bows tanitsu to take the favor back? Can A take the favor back and then B bows an unbowed personality to get the favor?
I won't address this specific case because of its Diamond elements, but the general rule is when only one player can get something (e.g., the Favor, going first, etc.), the last Reaction taken gets it.
Diamond-Legal Question
I can still play my old cards that title-match Diamond-legal cards in Diamond-restricted events even if they don't have the bug, yes?
Yes, and you can use Personalities who are the "Soul of" Diamond legal Personalities as legal proxies for Diamond cards (keeping in mind they play exactly as the Diamond versions).

is it possible to take a province with bloodied ground if you have no units in the attacking army?
Yes.
Rules for 1 October 2003
I'm playing a deck filled with mostly amazingly low Chi people, and have my clan sword on a guy with 4 Force/4 Chi printed. I attack with the sword wielder, and my opponent uses Daigotsu, then plays all 3 Evil Portents, killing everyone I have except the sword wielder. If I had 18 people besides the wielder his Force is now -18 before getting set to 0 by the rulebook correct?

Can kansuke cast palmstrike if a ring is in play?
Yes.
Can I ask, what is the logic behind this?
Sure. Palm Strike is a kiho that requires a monk. Togashi Kansuke can cast kiho as a monk when a Ring is in play.
That's pretty much it. Not seeing any problems here.
I trust Kansuke can also using Chasing Osano-Wo and Purity of Spirit?

Two rules questions

From one of my local players:
1) I attach Suzume House Guard to a bowed personality. Can I gain the two honor on Suzume house Guard? The wording on the honor gain doesn't sound like the bowing is a cost.
2) I have the soul of Ryozo in play attacking or defending a province, and
I use the favor to move him (Ryozo) to another province. Can I bow Otomo Taneji/Stronghold to keep him from going home, and if so, does he still move to the other province? Assuming of course that I'm using the Right Hand as my wind.
