If I have Rekkusu on the table and I focus a The World Is Empty face up and name a value, what exactly happens?
The World is Empty is focused face up as a *cost* for its effect.
Kakita Rekkusu raises the focus value immediately after it has been focused.
After The World is Empty has been focused (cost paid), had its value raised (Kakita Rekkusu card text), then you change the focus value of The World is Empty (effect of The World is Empty card text).
