Can a house of tao player play introspection on the free ring, provided he has it in his starting hand?
Currently, yes.
to the best of my memory, Jeff already ruled about the way house of tao and introspection currently interact.
Clarification: the Reaction is legal (which is what I was thinking of), but the normal order of play is such that a player will not have a Fate hand that Introspection could be part of yet.
