Rules Question
Can I use Imperial Messenger on either Revering the Past or Imperial Funeral?
Yes. See Rules Archive (http://www.legendofthefiverings.com/rulings). Jeff *may* have misspoken about this combo; I specifically asked him about it, and he hasn't instructed me to change the archived ruling.
sezaru's mask
if i have devastation of beiden pass attatched to a 7 chi personality with sezaru's mask and bow that shugenja and the mask, and an additional shugenja of 4 chi which happens[?]
The same as if the Mask wasn't there. Sezaru's Mask only works for Rituals that count the number of shugenja (card text).
Shugenja followers...
Can followers with the Shugenja trait such as Master of the Bells or The Hand of Thunder participate in rituals?

If I don't answer a question within... [checks time stamps on emails] 7 hours, it's *not* because I'm ignoring you. When I'm doing rules Q&A, I take some pride in answering most questions within about 24 hours. I think that's pretty good for a volunteer. Please have some patience when you've asked a question if the "official" answer is *that* important to you.

No. From the Archive (http://www.legendofthefiverings.com/rulings#Stronghold_boxes), ""Holdings' costs cannot be increased."

I'd have to pay 2+2 gold to put a weapon and an armor on the person, I can't simply pay 4 gold (3+1) to put both on?

Can I get the follower token from Uji's death before to do fully resolves, and attach it to my 6 force unit, thus rendering to do ilegal?
No. A player checks for whether something is an illegal target once, before playing the action and choosing targets.
