Honor Requirements and Followers
Are the followers immediately removed from the personality because they cannot be attached legally or does the PH of the personality not matter after the followers are attached?

A question, a request, and some suggestions
I have 5 province strength. My opponent declares an attack and assigns 6 force in personalities to attack a province. He resolves a different province first, and as his first action, moves a unit from the other army to attack this province. Can I play Ring of Earth, and if so, when?
Yes. Treat "after an attack" as "after the Resolution Segment of a battle."
