New Emerald Champion question
Does the wording of New Emerald Champion indicate that the ability to bow an Emerald Champion must be given to a different player than the one whose personality received the bonus from the event, or a different player than the one whose event is resolving?
Different relative to the Personality.

I was wondering if Otomo Motoshi could benefit from the ruling regarding Ki-Rin's Shrine (exp) and bringing people into play to gain honor?

So no bonus honor from KRS Exp for Dragon, and like-wise for Scorpion and Yojiro.
Just to clarify: The Experienced Ki-Rin's Shrine and Bayushi Yojiro do allow for additional honor gains, just not with Otomo Motoshi, who has no honor gaining potential.
