what happens when Bar Clan Champion gets Oath of Fealty'd to Clan Foo?

Fukurokujin Seido question
Does this Region reduce the honor requirement of a Personality that requires a family honor of "0" to a dash? Or to -1?

Zen and Vaughn please read
The Rules Junta can't override a tournament judge.
I hope that what you mean by that is that even if a judge made an incorrect ruling, the result of the tournament still stands.
During a tournament, the judge is right. Always.
It doesn't matter if Jeff, or Vaughn, or myself say a combo is legal if the judge says, "No."
