A rules digest from the L5R CCG rules team, copied from the mailing list archive for Oracle of the Void. The askers' names are left out. Rulings are as they stood on this date; later rulings, the rulebooks and the Rules Archive may differ.

Followers brought into the battle after Street to Street is played stay attached to their Personalities. They also do not need to reattach when the terrain goes away.
Followers in a Street to Street don't have to reattach to the same personality, do they?
Absolutely not. (The Gold Edition wording is fairly clear on this.)
Some Detailed Information Please :)
Where can i find Card Lists for L5R?
We have some on our own site, http://l5r.alderac.com . There is also Zen Faulkes's site, at http://pages.sbcglobal.net/sarah-and-zen/l5r/ .
And how can i find outwhich set a particular card is from if its been reprinted a number of times?
It's best to use one of the online search engines, Websune ( http://toysmakeuspowerful.com/search ) or Legendary ( http://l5rsearch.com/ ).

Whenever a card leaves play in any way, all cards attached to it leave play in the same manner. [rulebook p. 60] Destroying a Personality will destroy (not just discard) all her Followers too.
Just one quick question then. This makes it seem like a person destroyed by kolat assassin or chi loss would cause all of his or her followers destroyed.
There's no "seem" about it. That's what happens.
How does that work with Toritaka Tatsune / Hida Tadashiro?
Something destroying just Tatsune is not directly destroying his Followers, and so his reaction is usable.

b) The Towers cancels Moto Technique. Neither personality bows and the focus is discarded.
c) The Towers cancels Moto Technique. Neither personality bows but the focus remains.
b). It becomes the Phoenix player's turn to focus or strike.
Why is the focus discarded? It should still be a focus. The special ability is canceled, but what causes the focus of Moto Technique to be discarded?
The whole action is canceled, so it isn't "played face-up as a focus in a duel" anymore.

Question. I'm playing Phoenix with Towers of the Asako. Can I use [Isawa's Last Wish] to destroy one of their cards and then use my SHs ability to cancel the destruction of one of my Samurais or Shugenjas.
Yes, because they don't target one of your cards until after their card is destroyed.
Koku Question, Ninja Question
Greetings -
I have heard that L5R Diskwars Koku is redeemable with L5R ccg Koku. However, if memory serves, not only do the starters and boosters come with koku attached, but the larger boxes they are sold in also have koku in larger denominations. The imperial edition boxes simply label these as koku, while I believe the Shadowlands boxes label them as 'Distributor Koku.' Are any of these reedemable as l5r koku?
Distributor Koku, Retailer Plunder, Retailer Points, etc. are not redeemable as koku.
Also, what precisely happens when you take control of a card with cards attached to it, as with the Kolat Master, Cross-Clan Wedding, or Wandering Monk? Do the attached cards also belong to the new controller?
Yes. [DA rulebook p. 25]
Also, what happens when an item is transfered from a personality belonging to one player to a personality belonging to another, as with Ninja Thief? Does the controller change?
Yes.
What happens if, in a game between two Crane players, one of them were to Ninja Thief the other's Clan Sword? How would the Sword behave?
Its bonus would be based on the number of Crane Clan Personalities its new controller has.
Question for AEG about Shosuro Aroru....
Wondering something here...
Why can't Shosuro Aroru use poisoned weapon? Couldn't PW be errated for her? Seems rather silly that a Ninja Dualist can't poison a blade...
I'm just curious at the reasoning behind this....
Sometimes, the mechanics of a card are just the mechanics of a card.
Continued Question on Spell Effects [Jeff]
I'm still not quite sure about spells that have multiple effects and how they get counted for redirection and the Ring of Air.
The Ring of Air needs three separate castings and innate ability activations, total. The term "spell effect" is there to cover Spells and Kihos together.
Any given redirection effect can typically change only one targeting selection, regardless of whether the action it's redirecting is counted as one effect or several.
look at another example, Emergence of the Masters. [...] c) Nakamuro XP can redirect either the "send home" or "destroy" part of EotM but for a different reason than part a). EotM produces only one spell effect. However, Nakamuro can only redirect one of the parts that targets a card in his army. This is due to an anomaly in the Space-Time Continuum that somehow allows each of the four parts of EotM to be "a spell effect" for Nakamuro's redirection ability but not a spell effect for putting the Ring of Air into play.
That would be right, yes.
So to solve my problem, the Ring of Air should require performing three actions that produce spell effects rather than just producing three spell effects.
That's a very good way of looking at it (and wording it, in the future).
Koku Question, Ninja Question
What happens if, in a game between two Crane players, one of them were to Ninja Thief the other's Clan Sword? How would the Sword behave?
Gold Ed. Rulebook, pg. 26 - "You cannot bring a unique card into play if a unique card with the same name is already in play."
True, but irrelevant. Taking control of a card already in play does not count as bringing it into play.
Naval Invasion-Sneak Attack Q.
Just a clarification, though. You get to decide whether or not you're doing a naval attack, right?
Right. It's optional.
