Greetings,

Rules Questions

If Daidoji Rekai exp2 uses her ability to make a range 3 attack at the current battle without moving into the battle does Rekai have to bow to perform the action?

No. "...without bowing" (card text) means just that.

Also, can I move Rekai into the battle then bow for a range 3 attack?

Not sure what you're asking. If you mean, "Can she do a 'walk in' as one Battle action and 'shooty biz' as another Battle action?", emphatically no. "Once per turn" (card text) means just that.

Can I play The Arrow Knows the Way with Rekai's ranged attack or must the personality bow while making the ranged attack to play The Arrow Knows the Way?

Arrow Knows the Way looks for a Personality bowing, according to its text. Nothing else is a legal trigger. Heh.

If I play Judgement of Toshiken while dueling does the card negate the effects of Bend Like a Reed, Poisoned Weapon, and Strike of Flowing Water?

Yes on Bend like a Reed and Poisoned Weapon, and the trait for Strike of Flowing Water. If you use the Reaction on Strike of Flowing Water, nobody gets discarded focus cards back.

corrupt decks

how many corrupt cards in your deck can you have befor your deck is considered corrupt?

There is no rule. There was for some global story tourneys years ago when WotC ran the show, but AEG hasn't announced an equivalent.

Personally, I think one card can mark a deck as corrupt. I have no sympathy for people who say, "My deck isn't tainted; I've just got Oni no Akuma!" Anyone having truck with an oni overlord should expect consequences.

Commons challenge

[I] f you could only make a deck out of common cards, what clan and strategy would you choose?

What format, and how many players?

Oh, let's say Gold format, two player. It *might* be the most common way of playing these days.
