Wakizashi question
Sorry to bother the list about such an elementary question, but..
Does a personality have to have another weapon already attached, to be able to attach a wakizashi?
No.
Promo cards
Howdy,
I have a few questions about the promotional cards found in some APC boosters. Firstly, why make them so darn rare? Secondly, will every new set have promotional cards? (other than the box topper and season kit promo) Lastly, if there will be more promotionals in each new set, what are the promos for AOF? (details please)
They weren't supposed to go into boosters at all. They were made for other reasons, like Herald inserts and prizes. They were printed at the same time because it's a lot cheaper than starting up a custom run of them sometime else, and they accidentally got mixed into packages.

It is reflexive. Not only that, but the MRP of In Search of the Future negates bonuses "except bonuses to or from cards attached to them", so whether it's reflexive is irrelevant.
For instance: Toku bows to give one of his followers +1F and then unbows because he's Toku and he's just that cool.
My opponent drops an ISOF. Does Toku's follower lose that extra 1 force?
No.
Second example: Hida Kuon exp has a Medium Infantry attached. The Medium Infantry get +1F because Kuon is so buff. I drop an ISOF. Do the Medium Infantry go back to 3F?
No.
Final example: I have 25 Cranes on the table. Doji Shizue is wielding the clan sword. ISOF.
Does the sword now grant +1F/+26 Chi or +0F/+26 Chi?
+0/+26. The Sword does not get its force bonuses from Personalities, it gets them from itself. The amount is based on the number of Personalities, but they're not the source.
Toturi's Army [DAVE]
I just realized something. Even though the Vigilent Halls of the Monkey Clan was a TA stronghold, since it says "Monkey Clan", wouldn't Miyako be able to count "in clan" for that stronghold?
No. "Monkey Clan" is not a Faction, according to the rulebook. The Vigilant Keep of the Monkey is a Toturi's Army Faction box.
Toturi's Army and HoR
Not a single person has said that storyline tournaments should be in the Open format. Some have questioned the supposed "support" of Open by the company, and if it turns out that it's just lip-service, so be it. I don't have any problems there.
I think it would help everyone if we could get a concensus on what "support" means so we're all on the same page. Comments?
