Accessable Terrain Question
From the archive.
Accessible Terrain Reads, "Accessible Terrain 0G 1FV Immediate Terrain. You may play this card during a battle in which you have no units. Battle: The attacker and Defender each gain the ability "Battle: Move one of your units into this battle."" [MRP, Gold Edition, 1 July 2001]
The word one is not capitalized, bolded, or in quotes, so if I have the ability to move personalities into the battle, I can move more than one personality in correct?
Yes. You may take that action as many times as you wish while the terrain is in play and you have unbowed Personalities outside the battle. Each time you use it, you get to move one unit.
Question on Street to Street
Awhile back, Jeff said something about this card that confused me and I asked about it. It got missed, so I thought I'd ask the rules people once more:
It didn't get missed. I saw other posters address the misunderstanding (and correctly) and so I moved on.
Player A plays Street to Street. Player B is his opponent in this battle. The Battle resolves. Followers may now reattach. Player A attaches his own Followers to unbowed Personalities. Who chooses on what Personalities Player B's Followers go -- Player A or Player B?
By Gold Edition card text, Player B.
This may seem like a specious question, but, like I said, what was said before was confusing (and implied that Player A chooses).
I was answering the hypothetical question, "IF Player A chose instead, would the 'you can't target your own bowed Personalities with your actions' rule prevent him from reattaching them to Player B's bowed Personalities?"
Clearer now?
Question on Street to Street
Each Follower's Controller must attach the Follower to one of his or her Personalities in this battle. Hence, Player B will pick up one of his followers at resolution, and attach to one of HIS (i.e. Player B's) personalities in the current battle.
Interesting question is who attaches first? Player A or Player B? It normally doesn't make a difference, but just to clarify everything..
Start with the active player and go clockwise.
Another wording question is this: Since followers are no longer considered to be in units after playing StS, does this mean nobody can target them as a unit? Can't send home one particular follower (for whatever reason) with Tsudao, can't cast spells or kihos that target units on one particular follower, etc etc?
Correct. They are not in units. Effects that target or effect units cannot target or affect them. In fact, Followers' own actions that refer to "this unit" cannot be used.
