I was playing against a Scorpion and they brought out 1/1 chick for 7 that can copy someone. Can she copy the shugenja trait?
No. Card text: "Copies the Force, Chi, or one ability."

if I have a region in play in a province where I turn over another region may I discard the original region and activate the region I just drew?
You may not voluntarily discard a region.

Can anyone give me the details of the three promo personanlities on Zen's Gold Legal list? Who are they? What magazine/promotion did the cards come in?
They were given to some people whose Koku orders could not be fulfilled. They have not been generally distributed yet.
Wind question
Is it legal to play without a Wind at all?
I don't think so, based on the Gold rulebook. But don't take that as a definitive answer.
"Soul of...." questions
The deck construction part is pretty clear, I can run 2 Matsu Hataki and 1 Matsu Turi.

They are all played by the MRP version, which right now is Matsu Hataki from GE.
Incorrect. There are some Soul Personalities who are not identical to the earlier Personalities. Both are played as written.
Now the part that confuses me is where it says: "If either Personality has multiple Experience levels, the "Soul of..." character counts only as the earlier Personality at the same level."
This rule doesn't really make nevermind now. It will, when the Soul Personalities start to get Experienced versions that are functionally different from the Experienced versions of the earlier Personality. E.g., if Mirumoto Temoru ever gets an Experienced version, there's o guarantee that it'll look like Mirumoto Hitomi (Exp.).
Basically, keep out cards that look alike.
excactly how many cards are drawn with Campsite when being attacked. 1, or 1 per unit?
Like the card says: Once per unit per turn.

I still need to know, for certain, if Shosuro Technique's Reaction can be used in Gold on a bowed Personality or a Personality that is bowing as it enters a duel.
Doesn't appear so.
are Shosuro Hametsu's Poison Tokens useable by a bowed Personality or a Perosnality that is bowing to enter a duel, under Gold ed.?
Never has been, still isn't. It's a Reaction taken by a Personality, so can't be done when bowed.
Rally & Mitsu
So with the precedent that you bow from combat and then Rallying cry straightens you. These two cards should not work together anymore.
They do. See Rules Archive. A card affected by Rallying Cry is considered not to have bowed.
