Greetings,

Rules Question: Tchickchuk

My understanding is: Bow to reduce to zero the gold cost of a Ratling card. You may also attach a Ratling Follower to Tchickchuk when you do this. Doing both of these things when you bow Tchickchuk would result in two cards entering play: a generic Ratling card (be it a personality, follower, Nest, Villages, etc.), plus a Ratling follower card being attached to Tchickchuk.

No. See Rules Archive.

Ikoma Tsanuri exp

Is her ability political?

Yes.

Imperial Standard

I'm attempting to attach the Imperial Standard to an appropriate personality. My opponent has a Confusion at Court in hand. If I discard the Imperial Favour as the first cost I pay, is my opponent required to play Confusion at Court immediately[?]

Yes. You have to play reactions a soon as the trigger occurs.

<No subject given>

personality X is targeted by player A with his most favored(HMF). X is then hit with kolat duplicate. since he was not destroyed there is no 10 honor loss. But is he considered in play or not?

No.

there is an ongoing effect affecting him (the 0 gold cost, no honor gain) does that means that he's still influencing the game or not?

I don't understand the question.

X has been shuffled back in. Player B wants to target one of his people (Y) with his own HMF now. Can he, since HMF is unique?

Yes. X is not in play.
