All clans are getting two Strongholds. That's confirmed. It is not confirmed that they're always the two newest.
Amnesia ruling needed
I just wanted to know if you can Amnesia your own Kaede Sensei in order to win an honor victory.
Amnesia can only target another player's Sensei, by card text. (Also, while Forgotten Lesson can target your own, it can't be played until the Action Phase and only lasts until the end of the turn, so will never be in effect when the check for an Honor Victory is made. You can't use either to get around your own Kaede Sense.)
Also will playing Amnesia on a already used Hantei Sensei let you use the cards that the other player named.
Yes. It will also let that player use cards that you named.

Are reactions subject to the 'Present in Battle' rules.
No. Only Open and Battle actions are subject to the Rules of Presence and Relevance.
Ruling Request: Can Ide Tadaji bow to prevent the use of the imperial favor during a battle in which he is not present.
Yes.
Collary: May he bow to prevent the use of the favor (during a multiplayer game) in which nobody from his clan is there?
Yes.
Second question, not to have beating a dead horse. I tend to despise that sort of thing, in reference to Another Time, does it "Cancel the Duel" or "Negate the effects of the duel". Just like Flee, it says both.
It works the same as if it had just said "cancel".
