Library of Rebirth and Plantation (L5R rules board)

A topic from AEG's L5R CCG Rules forum, copied for Oracle of the Void from a copy of the forum saved in October 2015, so pages it didn't save are missing. If I have a Plantation holding in play and use the (new) Reaction on Library of Rebirth, would the new wording give me 5 gold? (Potentially giving me 10 gold (reaction and bowing stronghold) to buy a spell, not that there are any EE legal spells more then 8g).

Relevant wordings in question.

Plantation: Your Stronghold produces one more Gold, to a maximum of five, when paying for a non-Personality card.

Library of Rebirth: Reaction: Even if this card is bowed, when paying for a Spell attaching to an opposed Personality: Produce 4 Gold.
