Hello. In relation to this: http://www.alderac.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=59&t=98551&p=1300675&hilit=rhetoric+destructive+priorities#p1300675 I have just used the Proclaim action during the dynasty phase to gain 3 honor. My opponent uses a rhetoric to steal the honor gain. May i still use destructive priorities to cause him an honor loss? Will he still gain 3 honor?

No, you cannot use Destructive Priorities' granted Reaction because after your opponent's Rhetoric resolves, you are no longer the player gaining the honor, and as such fail to meet the trigger for the Reaction.
