Two part question.
First, if I use Plans Within Plans on my opponent's turn, and then use the limited ability on Aramasu's Pride, would I be correct in assuming that I would be the defender In the created Attack Phase and that as long as I won one of the battles I would get to target my holdings and increase their gold production?
Second, assuming that the above is true, would I be able to use Retribution after the created Attack Phase, and would I be able to destroy the province if I won?
Relevant text:
Aramasu's Pride Raid Limited: Declare an additional Attack Phase. This is a Raid attack. During it, battles are Raid battles, and battle resolution does not destroy armies or Provinces and does not bow Pirate cards. After it, target a number of Holdings up to the number of battles you won (even against no units at resolution). Raise their Gold production by 4.
Plans Within Plans Open: At your next opportunity to take an Open action, you may instead take a Limited action.
Retribution Reaction: After the end of an Attack Phase in which you were the Defender: Declare an additional Attack Phase against that phase's Attacker, in which neither player may invite allies and you may only assign one Personality. Give the Personality and each Follower in his unit +1F after he assigns.

"No" is the answer to the crucial question upon which the rest of your hinges, sorry.
If you create the Attack Phase, that makes you the Attacker. The fact that it's being done on your opponent's turn is irrelevant.
Notice, your Retribution itself also creates an Attack Phase during your opponent's turn, but you're not the Defender there.
