I have eight cards in my hand before End Phase and i've played Methodical Questioning this turn and bowed my Samurai as cost. Will MQ back to my hand before this turn ends as ninth card i don't have to discard it?

Yes, "before this turn ends" happens after the discard caused by the End Phase, and so you may keep Methodical Questioning as a 9th card in this case.
